How do I schedule?
Appointments are scheduled by phone. Call 618.254.1100 to talk with our office about chiropractic or massage appointments, current availability, paperwork, and preparation. Please confirm a time before coming in.
You do not need to know the right treatment or terminology before you call. Tell us what you would like help with and ask any questions you have.
What should I bring?
- A photo ID.
- Insurance information if you plan to use it.
- Your current medication list.
- Relevant records or imaging reports you already have.
- Questions about your concerns, goals, and care options.

What happens at a chiropractic visit?
Dr. Andrew Carr, D.C. starts with your concerns, health history, and goals. The examination helps guide the conversation about findings and care options.
You can ask what an approach involves, why it is recommended, what alternatives are appropriate, and how progress will be assessed. If you feel nervous, say so. Your questions and comfort matter.
Planning your first massage?
Sydney Kollmar, LMT, and Brandy Kollmar, LMT, provide massage at Prime Health. Call to discuss the therapist, session options, and appointment that fit what you are looking for.
Before your session, talk with your therapist about relevant health conditions, medications, recent injuries, pregnancy, pressure preferences, and areas you would like avoided. You can ask questions or request a change, a pause, or an end to the session.
What about fees and insurance?
