Our people and services
Dr. Carr’s education is based on Prime Health’s existing official website. Current technique names, rehabilitation and recovery offerings, and the statement that the practice has served the community for 20 years and counting were supplied directly by Dr. Carr in October 2026. Massage approaches and therapist names also appear in our office’s published Facebook posts.
Sydney’s biography and training are informed by her published biography. Brandy’s biography is informed by her published practice information. Therapist-specific services and current availability should be confirmed with our office.
Aimee Sechrest’s and Mallory Willen’s biographies and photographs were supplied directly by Dr. Carr in October 2026. Their education, work history, and family details are presented as provided by the practice.
Dr. Carr’s personal story
Dr. Carr supplied the account of his pandemic service and his own health experience. The brief general description of prolactinoma is informed by NIH NIDDK’s prolactinoma overview. General information about the condition does not establish the symptoms or complications experienced by an individual.
Movement, coaching, and wellbeing
Dr. Carr supplied his title and unpaid coaching role at Oddfellows Grappling Club. Our general activity information draws on the CDC’s explanations of physical activity benefits for adults and physical activity benefits for children.
Research specific to Brazilian jiu-jitsu is still developing. For example, a 2025 study of adult jiu-jitsu athletes compared psychological characteristics across belt ranks. Its observational design cannot establish that training caused those differences, and its adult findings do not establish benefits for children. Our biography describes coaching goals and opportunities to practice skills, rather than guaranteed outcomes.
Downtown Wood River
Our community section uses the Wood River Business Alliance’s official mission and leadership information and its public community calendar. Kristen Burns’s role is also identified in the Alliance’s October 7, 2026 article about her community updates. Her photograph is credited to the Alliance. Event times use the source’s local calendar information in America/Chicago. The event list checks the source at most every 30 minutes when requested and during daily website maintenance, retaining dated information if the source is unavailable. It covers the calendar’s available listings; the official organizer remains the source for changes and full schedules.
Patient app
The zHealth Wellness download links were checked against the official Apple App Store and Google Play listings in October 2026. zHealth’s patient app information describes the app’s capabilities. Prime Health’s app access is presented as coming soon; download availability does not establish that practice-specific access is active.
Education posts and reviews
Education cards link to original published Facebook posts and show their dates. When there is no new education post today, the latest available published posts are shown with their actual dates.
Review excerpts identify their source. The carousel contains selected public excerpts checked directly on Google Maps and Facebook, with source links and a visible checked date. It is refreshed through website content maintenance; it is not a live request to those platforms on every page view. Follow the review links to see current feedback directly on those platforms.
