Massage options at Prime Health include Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation and prenatal massage, myofascial release, cupping, and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM). Your therapist will discuss the approach, pressure, and areas of focus that fit your needs and comfort.
Speak up throughout
Tell your therapist about relevant health conditions, medications, recent injuries, pregnancy, pressure preferences, and areas you would like avoided. You can request a change, a pause, or an end to the session.
Additional therapist interests
Sydney’s published training includes manual lymphatic drainage, prenatal and postpartum massage, and chair massage. Brandy’s published practice information includes trigger point work, sports massage, hot stone, stretching and reflexology.
